Very unprofessional staff. We visited this Center for X-ray, and after payment we informed receptionist for payment receipt as well, and when we collected reports and checking with receptionist for receipt she started shouting on us in very high pitch. We even requested her to talk in low voice and after that she become aggressive and started shouting on us.
One of the staff member was polite but other one was very rude. Even she was shouting on co-worker in front of patients.
They should start respecting patients first.
There is no option to give 0 rating, otherwise it don’t deserved 1 rating as well.
Requesting Shivaya Hospital staff and doctors to not give reference to this unprofessional Diagnosis Center.
