CSSM’s full form in medical term is the Child Survival and Safe Motherhood Programme. The programs offer supplements for a number of activities under the ORT (Oral Rehydration Therapy). ORT is a universalizing prophylaxis scheme for controlling blindness in children and controlling anemia in pregnant women.
