CSD full form in Medical term is Cat Scratch disease, a bacterial disease spread by cats. Bacterial infection occurs when a sick or infected cat bites or scratches a person or licks an open wound from a person. Mild infection may occur at the bite site or at scratch 3-14 days after the skin is peeled. The affected area may appear red with raised, round sore or swelling. A person infected with CSD may experience poor appetite, headache, fever, and tiredness. In addition, the area near the infected area may be tender, sore, or swollen.
